Pretty Rose Circle Doily Inset Card

This is a really quick sneak peek of the new Tonic Studios Rose Circle Doily and Deep Edge Punch set, which is part of the very lovely detailed Intrica Verso range.

Card Recipe:
Colouring Mediums: Tim Holtz Distress Ink
Paper and Card: Stardream
Tools: Tonic Studios Die Sets - Intrica Rose Circle Doily Die Set, Intrica Rose Deep Edge Punch, Flava Butterfly Die, Grand Calibur
Embellishments: flatback pearls

The star of this show is most definitely the beautifully intricate and versatile Rose Doily die.  I cut my doily out in pearlescent stardream card and inked through the die with Tattered Rose Distress ink.  Then instead of raising the doily, I reversed the order by raising the outer base and insetting the die.

 All that was needed to finish off this card with such a beautiful focal point was a couple of butterflies and a die cut from the Butterfly and Blooms range.  As you can see, this lovely Doily will work very well with all your existing Tonic Studios dies.
