This is a lovely feminine card, that would suit Mother's Day just as well as birthday.
Card Recipe:
Stamp: Crafter's Companion
Colouring Mediums: Memento London Fog, Promarkers
Paper and Card: Oyster plain card, Best Creations
Tools: Tonic Studios Indulgence
Elegant Vine Oval and Mannequin Tag Dies, Frond Finesse and Frond Finese Die Sets, Grand Labels 1, Grand Calibur
Embellishments: May Arts flower trim, lace, double satin ribbon, pearl strands
I created the main focal point on this card by stamping the FrouFrou Shoppe image twice onto oyster cardstock (this is an ivory coloured card, with much less yellow in it than cream or ivory usually has - it's my favourite colour other than white). I also stamped the image onto offcuts of my patterned paper and cut out the dress, hat, shoes and handbag. I coloured the images with promarker pens including the pattern on the dress. Then I decoupaged and paper pieced the layers together. This did require some fussy cutting, but I actually really enjoy this -it feels like real crafting!
Then I mounted the image onto my Tonic Studios Indulgence Mannequin Tag Die, obscuring the central embossed Mannequin on this occasion.
I used more dies from Tonic Studios Swirls and Indulgence range to create a lovely filigree free-standing mat for my stamped image, cutting several sized swirls from two different designs and interlacing them with pearl strands to create an ethereal frame around my Oval filigree mat.
I embellished my card base with this gorgeous flower ribbon from May Art, and wove a very narrow double satin ribbon through my lace trim, before layering them together.
Finally, I added a Mannequin die cut, again cut from oyster card stock and then paper-pieced with a glittered offcut from the lovely Best Creations card.
The Happy Birthday sentiment was printed on my computer and die-cut with a tiny tag.
Hope you've enjoyed this card, if you have, please do leave a comment, I love to know who's been visiting!

Love this card! I like how it is quite fussy and has a lot on it but it still looks clean and fresh.
